Romania Frank for Red Cross Mail from Internees Low value in a set of seven overprints on the 1943 Postal Tax issue depicting King Michael. In 1946 Romania's postal tax issue of 1943 depicting King Michael was overprinted "SCUTIT DE TAXA POSTALA SERVICIUL PRIZONIERILOR DE RAZBOI" for use internees' mail sent via the Red Cross.
