would open it by removing the edges along the perforations.
Low value in the set of 22 King Carlos definitives of 1897-1905.
The administrative region of Ponta Delgada included the islands of Sao Miguel and Santa Maria. It used its own stamps and postal stationary from 1892 to 1905. The stamps of the Azores were used from then until 1931 when they were replaced by those of Portugal.
Ponta Delgada is in the eastern Azores.
